1. Agreement to these terms

These terms apply when you access or use Rae devices, apps, websites, and related services. By using Rae, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Rae provides

Rae is a voice-first companion designed to help with reminders, routines, everyday questions, household notes, and thoughtful family updates.

Rae is not a medical device, emergency-response service, or replacement for a caregiver or professional advice. Do not rely on Rae for emergencies. Contact the appropriate emergency service when immediate help is needed.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate setup information, keeping account access secure, maintaining power and internet service where required, and using Rae lawfully. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to harm another person.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

If you purchase a device or paid service, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and any applicable cancellation terms shown at the time of purchase apply. Taxes and third-party charges may also apply.

5. Service availability

We work to keep Rae reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, internet or power outages, third-party services, or events outside our control. Features may change as Rae improves.

6. Ownership

Rae and its software, designs, content, trademarks, and related materials belong to Rae or its licensors. These terms give you permission to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of those materials.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Rae is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every reminder, acknowledgement, notification, answer, or connected feature will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, Rae is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Ending use

You may stop using Rae at any time. We may suspend or end access when necessary to protect Rae, its users, or others, or when these terms are materially violated.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Rae changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
